Diversity Managment
Description
Globalisation has transformed society, economics and politics, greatly influencing demographics within the workplace. Diversity incorporates individual differences and include aspects such as personality, race, gender, language and culture. Diversity encompasses the numerous differences found in the global workforce and assisting employees to have a good understanding of individual differences is vital for business success.
Little effort put into managing inclusivity and diversity can result in employee dissatisfaction, reduced productivity or loss of some customers who care about this topic. This practical, interactive workshop trains diversity management skills to build value-based workplace relationships.
